The Safdie brothers have seemingly mastered the "panic-attack" inducing type of storytelling where you FEEL the pressure of the circumstances throughout the story. The tone and feeling of each scene and situation is so clearly conveyed, even simply, in the best way possible. Uncut Gems is another great example, but I think Good Time stands alone as something on its own. It drew me in the first 5 minutes, and I was not letting go until the end. And by the time the credits roll, Im so emotionally drained, I just want to crawl into a ball on my bed and try again tomorrow. What an incredible film. It has its shortcomings and such, but if an open minded movie fan has never seen this, go in knowing nothing and you will NOT regret it! via /r/movies https://ift.tt/QcxdJ6F

Good Time is such an incredible piece of work. Even knowing the whole story, every re-watch is a roller coaster and you feel INTENSE, new feelings each time
