Unlike the second movie, it didn’t try to be a rehash of the original. And the sequels that followed were too over the top and made McClane feel superhuman. It felt like a natural continuation of McClane’s story instead of a “Oh look he’s stuck in another location again having to kill off the bad guys by himself”. Jeremy Irons was a great villain. The riddles were fun, and he was believable as Han’s brother. Samuel L Jackson was a great reluctant partner and set him apart from Al in the first movie. He had a natural rapport and chemistry with Willis. The rest of the supporting cast was also well done. The use of “Johnny Comes Marching Home” in the vault scene was well done. It really is one of the best summer blockbuster movies of all time. https://www.youtube.com/results?sp=mAEA&search_query=die+hard+with+a+vengeance+trailer via /r/movies https://ift.tt/vOrbwX2
