I went into this movie without any expectations. But if I had any, they would have been blown away. The movie is just as funny as the first (meaning Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle). But more importantly, it isn't just a rehash of its predecessor. It introduces new characters and uses its original cast in lots of fun new ways. It introduces new concepts within the world of Jumanji. The pacing is definitely different from the first one's breakneck speed, but the action is great. In some ways, this movie reminds me of X-Men: Days of Future Past. Takes old characters, mixes them in with new ones, creates a very fun moviegoing experience.
