The awful 2010 Ryan Gosling movie “All Good Things” was loosely based on a real man’s life. That man gave DVD commentary for that movie. Now prosecutors are asking for his comments and, at times, his silence during the DVD commentary to be used as evidence to constitute a tacit admission of guilt.
